Where can I shop?
You can shop our curated collections and pieces online anytime, with most items only available for local pickup in Dade City.
For one weekend each year, Jaclyn opens the historic Frayed Feather Design Barn — a restored WWII-era Quonset hut filled with one-of-a-kind finds and inspiring room vignettes. While we’ve taken a pause this year, we’re excited to bring a curated collection of those gathered pieces into our Downtown Studio for you to shop this holiday season. Stayed tuned to our Events page for upcoming dates!
Can I order online?
Yes! You can browse and shop our curated pieces here. Most items are for local pickup only in Dade City, unless otherwise noted. Please inquire for a special shipping quote.
Can an order be changed or cancelled?

Do you deliver?
While we aren’t offering delivery right now, you can easily schedule a white-glove pickup when you contact us.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final at both the Design Barn and Frayed Feather Downtown. A lot of our items are perfectly flawed....they all have had a life they've lived and a story to tell. We appreciate the character of these pieces and encourage you to throughly inspect your items' beauty marks as all sales are final.

Our space isn’t a traditional retail shop — it’s a design studio for ideas, pop-ups, and curated experiences in the heart of downtown. Jaclyn created this space with intimate gatherings, inspired collaborations, and one-of-a-kind pop-up moments in mind. It’s flexible, ever-evolving, and guided by creativity — which means we don’t keep traditional store hours.
